James began his career in Banking and Finance in 1986, specializing in Sales and Customer Service. In 1991, he launched a successful real estate business, which he ran for ten years before selling it in 2001. In 2002, James co-founded a design consultancy and gradually transitioned to Engineering and Sourcing in China, focusing on this full-time since 2008. As a Partner of IN2 International since 2012, James relocated to China to oversee contacts and contracts. He manages the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, and oversees production activities from the Dongguan office while managing UK and European customers. James’s extensive experience in engineering, sourcing, and global project management ensures the seamless execution of projects, integrating design and production effectively.
