Growing up in Colombia with an industrial designer mother, he was exposed to design thinking from an early age. Juan excels in creative ideation, visual communication, and problem-solving, always thinking outside the box to champion user-centric solutions. His adventurous spirit led him to a design firm in Hangzhou, China, where his skills proved invaluable. Juan’s experience spans industries like consumer electronics, sports equipment, outdoor gear, soft goods, pet products, and toys. As a design manager at IN2 Innovation, he has expanded his expertise to include design research, product strategy, UX/UI, and design management.
